Export Documentation Specialist

  • Location : Baner, Pune
  • Primary Responsibilities :
    • Oversee and manage export documentation for outbound shipments (ocean, air, road) from India.
    • Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Collaborate with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders.
    • Ensure compliance with RBI, Customs, DGFT, EIA, and other regulatory bodies.
    • Manage the complete export cycle, from documentation preparation to post-shipment formalities.
  • Key Result Areas :
    • Coordinate pre- and post-shipment documentation.
    • Ensure customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
    • Maintain product knowledge and invoice reconciliation.
  • Qualifications :
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
    • Experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Skills :
    • Strong understanding of export regulations, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.
    • Proficient in using export documentation software and MS Office.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
